While Ensolanka aims to provide helpful, accurate, and practical guidance, we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, current, error-free, suitable for your personal circumstances, or available at all times.

By using the Ensolanka Guest Portal, you understand that decisions about travel, relocation, accommodation, relationships, payments, legal matters, visa matters, local service arrangements, health, safety, and long-term stay planning remain your responsibility.

Ensolanka acts mainly as a facilitator, coordinator, platform operator, local support provider, and concierge-style service organizer. We support your journey, but we cannot guarantee every third-party, legal, immigration, rental, dating, payment, or lifestyle outcome.

No Legal, Financial, Medical, Tax, or Immigration Advice

Content on the Ensolanka website, dashboard, documents, guides, videos, emails, social media, support messages, and consultations may include general information about Sri Lanka living, rentals, long-stay planning, visa preparation, payments, lifestyle costs, legal support, and local services.

Such content is not a substitute for professional advice from a qualified lawyer, immigration consultant, tax advisor, financial advisor, doctor, insurance advisor, government authority, or other licensed professional.

You should seek appropriate professional advice before making decisions involving:

However, Ensolanka is not a government immigration authority and does not issue, approve, reject, renew, or guarantee visas, residence permits, entry permissions, work permissions, extensions, or government endorsements.

Immigration decisions are made by the relevant government departments and authorities. Requirements, fees, processing times, documents, eligibility rules, income thresholds, health requirements, police clearance requirements, and approval standards may change without notice.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for checking official requirements, providing truthful information and documents, maintaining lawful immigration status, avoiding overstays, and complying with Sri Lankan immigration laws.

Rental Property Disclaimer

Rental listings shown on the platform may be owned, managed, or controlled by third-party landlords, rental owners, property managers, or service partners. Ensolanka may review, verify, inspect, photograph, describe, recommend, or coordinate listings based on available information and internal standards.

However, Ensolanka does not guarantee that every property will remain available, unchanged, price-locked, suitable for every Guest, accepted by the owner, or free from all defects, disputes, delays, maintenance issues, neighborhood changes, road conditions, utility issues, internet problems, or third-party owner conditions.

Final rental acceptance, deposit payment, agreement signing, key handover, and monthly rental obligations may be subject to separate rental documents, owner approval, property inspection, applicable law, and written confirmation.

Property Verification Limit

Ensolanka may make reasonable efforts to check properties, but final satisfaction, acceptance, and suitability remain the Guest’s responsibility before committing to a rental arrangement.

Furniture Package Disclaimer

Furniture packages may be offered or coordinated for unfurnished or partially furnished properties. Package examples, item descriptions, images, monthly rental amounts, deposits, purchase values, rent-to-own terms, or availability may vary depending on stock, location, supplier, property size, package tier, and written agreement.

Ensolanka does not guarantee that every item shown in promotional images or sample package descriptions will be available in the exact same brand, color, age, design, size, or condition.

Furniture deposit refunds, cancellation, repair charges, missing item charges, transport charges, replacement costs, and rent-to-own eligibility may be subject to separate furniture rental or leasing-purchase terms.

Service Assistant Disclaimer

Ensolanka may introduce or coordinate local service assistants such as drivers, housekeepers, cleaners, translators, helpers, security guards, personal assistants, and other service providers.

Ensolanka may review or approve service partner profiles before listing, but we do not guarantee that every service assistant will be available, suitable, accepted by the Guest, willing to accept requested terms, or free from future performance issues.

Salary, schedule, duties, trial periods, replacement, termination, service quality, and legal responsibilities should be clearly agreed in writing where required.

Dating, Relationship, and Social Introduction Disclaimer

The dating and social introduction feature is intended for respectful, genuine, and serious connections. Ensolanka may facilitate profile review, mutual-interest checks, safe communication, dating event coordination, proposal event coordination, or related social introductions.

Ensolanka does not guarantee mutual interest, dating success, emotional compatibility, marriage, proposal acceptance, family approval, long-term relationship, immigration benefit, attendance at any event, or positive outcome of any social interaction.

All relationship decisions are personal decisions made by the individuals involved. Guests and Dating Partners must communicate respectfully, honestly, and lawfully.

No Relationship Guarantee

Ensolanka only facilitates a safer and more respectful introduction environment. We do not guarantee love, marriage, relationship success, or personal compatibility.

Payment, Wallet, and Refund Disclaimer

The Payment Center may display payable items such as Confirmation Fee, One-Time Service Fee, Featured Profile Fee, rental deposits, monthly rentals, furniture rental deposits, furniture monthly rentals, event payments, assistant arrangement fees, transport fees, departure support fees, legal coordination fees, and other approved charges.

Payment methods may involve third-party payment processors such as Stripe, PayPal, card networks, banks, or other gateways. Ensolanka is not responsible for payment processor downtime, declined transactions, bank fees, card issuer restrictions, exchange rate differences, international transaction fees, or third-party processing errors.

Refund eligibility depends on the payment type, timing, work already performed, third-party costs, cancellation reason, service status, and written agreement. Digital Wallet or Cash Wallet balances may be internal platform credits and may not automatically be withdrawable as cash unless approved by Ensolanka under applicable policy.

Sri Lanka Lifestyle and Travel Disclaimer

Ensolanka may publish guides, package comparisons, lifestyle examples, budget estimates, Sri Lanka living content, digital nomad resources, retirement lifestyle content, and promotional descriptions about the benefits of living in Sri Lanka.

Such content is general and may not match every person’s expectations, budget, health condition, safety needs, family situation, work requirements, cultural preferences, or personal comfort level.

Local conditions such as weather, transport, internet speed, healthcare access, rental availability, road conditions, utilities, government processes, prices, exchange rates, public safety, and service availability may change.

Guests are responsible for making their own travel decisions, checking official travel advisories, arranging suitable insurance, and confirming whether Sri Lanka and any specific location is appropriate for their personal needs.

Health, Safety, and Emergency Disclaimer

Ensolanka may provide general guidance, local support, hotline assistance, or emergency coordination where possible. However, Ensolanka is not a hospital, ambulance service, police authority, fire service, embassy, or official emergency authority.

In an emergency, Guests must contact the relevant official emergency service, medical provider, embassy, police station, or government authority first where necessary.

Guests should maintain appropriate travel insurance, health insurance, emergency funds, medication supply, emergency contacts, and personal safety precautions during their stay.

Third-Party Services Disclaimer

Ensolanka may coordinate with third-party providers, including rental owners, property managers, drivers, housekeepers, translators, assistants, dating partners, event hosts, furniture suppliers, lawyers, accountants, payment processors, transport providers, healthcare providers, government offices, and technology providers.

Third-party providers may have their own terms, fees, refund rules, cancellation policies, privacy practices, service standards, legal responsibilities, and liability limits.

Ensolanka may support coordination, but is not automatically responsible for every act, omission, delay, negligence, failure, price change, cancellation, misconduct, or dispute involving a third-party provider unless Ensolanka has directly accepted such responsibility in writing.

Website, Listing, and Information Accuracy

Ensolanka aims to keep website content, listings, package details, service descriptions, payment information, and guide content accurate and useful.

However, information may include estimates, examples, draft descriptions, promotional wording, third-party information, approximate prices, availability-based listings, visa guidance subject to change, and service examples.

Ensolanka does not guarantee that all content will be error-free, complete, current, uninterrupted, suitable for every Guest, or available at all times. Important details should be confirmed before making final decisions or payments.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ensolanka shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, emotional, reputational, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, reliance on information, third-party services, travel decisions, relationship outcomes, visa decisions, rental arrangements, payment delays, or service changes.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Loss of travel costs or lost income.
  • Visa rejection or immigration delay.
  • Relationship failure or emotional distress.
  • Rental owner default or property dissatisfaction.
  • Service assistant misconduct or non-performance.
  • Event cancellation or third-party failure.
  • Flight delays, weather disruption, or government action.
  • Medical emergencies or public safety issues.
  • Exchange rate changes, bank charges, or payment gateway issues.
  • Loss caused by false information, non-payment, or misconduct by the Guest.

Where Ensolanka is legally liable, liability may be limited to the amount paid directly to Ensolanka for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

By using the Ensolanka Guest Portal, reading our content, creating an account, selecting a package, expressing interest in listings or profiles, making payment, communicating with our team, or receiving any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Disclaimer.
