Welcome to the Ensolanka Global Ambassador Affiliate Program, operated by Ensolanka LLC (“Ensolanka,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the affiliate program connected to the Live in Sri Lanka platform and the Promote Sri Lanka affiliate portal.
By signing up, accessing the affiliate dashboard, using referral tools, generating business cards, downloading resources, or promoting Ensolanka’s approved landing pages, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
1. Purpose of the Program
The Ensolanka Global Ambassador Affiliate Program is designed to create a worldwide network of individuals who proudly promote Sri Lanka as an attractive destination for long-stay living, tropical lifestyle relocation, retirement, digital nomad living, social connection, and supported settlement opportunities.
Affiliates may include:
- Sri Lankans living, working, or studying abroad
- Travellers who genuinely love Sri Lanka
- Digital creators, influencers, and online community builders
- Digital nomads and remote professionals
- Students, professionals, and network-based promoters
- Anyone who wishes to promote living in Sri Lanka responsibly while building a commission-based income stream
The program allows approved affiliates to access educational materials, marketing tools, training resources, affiliate tracking links, QR codes, personalized business cards, multilingual promotional content, and commission opportunities linked to qualifying guest referrals.
2. Program Identity: Ensolanka Global Ambassador
Approved affiliates may be referred to within the program as:
This title is a program designation that recognizes the affiliate’s role in promoting Ensolanka’s Sri Lanka lifestyle opportunity. It does not create an employment, legal agency, franchise, partnership, joint venture, or official representative relationship.
Affiliates are not authorized to:
- Sign contracts on behalf of Ensolanka
- Collect guest payments directly unless separately authorized in writing
- Guarantee visa approvals, property availability, relationship outcomes, or income levels
- Make binding commitments on behalf of Ensolanka
- Represent themselves as employees, officers, legal agents, or authorized decision-makers of Ensolanka
3. Eligibility and Registration
To participate, an applicant must complete the affiliate signup process with accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information.
Ensolanka may:
- Approve or reject any affiliate registration
- Request clarification or additional information where needed
- Restrict or suspend participation where the application or activity appears misleading, unlawful, or inconsistent with program values
- Update eligibility requirements when necessary
Registration alone does not guarantee commissions. Commission eligibility depends on valid referral tracking, guest action, qualifying payments, compliance with these Terms, and system confirmation.
4. Affiliate Dashboard and Program Access
Approved affiliates may receive access to a dashboard that may include:
- Unique affiliate referral links
- Referral code details
- QR code generation tools
- Business card generation tools
- Marketing resources in multiple international languages
- Training resources in English, Sinhala, and Tamil
- Pending guest referrals
- Confirmed client details
- Completed client details
- Possible future earnings
- Pending, earned, and available commission balances
- Payout request tools
- Generated card history or related resource history where available
Ensolanka may update dashboard features, labels, calculations, resources, or access levels as the program develops.
5. Affiliate Links, Referral Codes, and QR Codes
Affiliates may use approved promotional links and QR codes to refer prospective guests to selected Ensolanka or Live in Sri Lanka pages.
Promotional link destinations may include:
- Live in Sri Lanka home page
- Guest signup page
- Package information pages
- Digital Nomad Visa information
- About Sri Lanka pages
- Rental-related landing pages
- Dating-related landing pages
- Local assistant or service partner pages
- Other pages approved by Ensolanka
Affiliates must not:
- Alter tracking links to mislead users
- Use another affiliate’s code or QR assets
- Manipulate browser tracking or attribution logic
- Create deceptive redirects
- Use bots, fraudulent clicks, or artificial referral traffic
- Attempt to interfere with another affiliate’s referrals
6. Thirty-Day Referral Tracking Window
When a prospective guest visits the Live in Sri Lanka website through an affiliate’s approved tracking link or QR code, the system may store the affiliate referral code within the visitor’s browser for up to:
If the prospective guest signs up during that tracking period and the referral is properly recorded, the guest may be attributed to the relevant affiliate.
Tracking and attribution may be affected by factors such as:
- Cleared browser cookies or stored site data
- Use of private browsing or incognito mode
- Ad blockers, privacy tools, or browser restrictions
- Switching devices or browsers
- Technical interruptions outside reasonable platform control
- Direct signup without retaining the referral session
Ensolanka’s internal system records shall be the primary reference for determining whether a referral has been validly attributed.
7. Referral Status Categories
7.1 Pending Guests
A pending guest is a person who signed up through the affiliate’s valid tracked referral pathway but has not yet completed the applicable guest confirmation payment.
7.2 Confirmed Clients
A confirmed client is a referred guest who has completed the required confirmation stage, including payment of the applicable confirmation fee, currently described as USD 100, and whose confirmation status has been recognized by Ensolanka.
7.3 Completed Clients
A completed client is a referred guest who proceeds beyond confirmation and completes the applicable final stage recognized by Ensolanka, including payment of the one-time service fee connected to the guest’s selected package.
8. Guest Contact Details and Follow-Up Responsibility
The affiliate dashboard may provide contact details of referred guests so that the affiliate can support and responsibly follow up with them.
Affiliates may use such contact information only to:
- Guide the referred guest regarding Ensolanka’s process
- Explain available resources and approved information
- Encourage the guest to review materials and complete next steps voluntarily
- Respond to questions respectfully and honestly
Affiliates must not:
- Sell, rent, share, or trade guest contact details
- Use guest information for unrelated marketing or personal business promotions
- Harass, pressure, or repeatedly contact guests who request no further communication
- Use data in a way that violates applicable privacy or communication laws
9. Affiliate Commission Structure
Affiliates may earn commission only when validly referred guests complete eligible payment events and those transactions are properly recognized by Ensolanka.

10. Commission Conditions and Limitations
Affiliate commissions become valid only when:
- The guest referral is properly tracked and attributed
- The guest completes the relevant qualifying payment
- The payment is successfully received and accepted by Ensolanka
- The transaction is not refunded, reversed, disputed, or charged back
- The affiliate remains compliant with these Terms
Ensolanka reserves the right to:
- Review any referral or commission record
- Correct dashboard, display, or calculation errors
- Cancel or reverse commission linked to refunds, reversals, disputes, or invalid transactions
- Withhold payment where fraud, manipulation, policy abuse, or suspicious activity is reasonably suspected
11. Payout Requests
Affiliates may request payouts from their available balance through the dashboard, subject to internal review and verification.
Payout requests may depend on:
- Availability of earned and approved commission balance
- Completion of payout details requested by Ensolanka
- Verification that the underlying guest payments are settled
- Confirmation that no dispute, refund, or chargeback is pending
- Affiliate compliance with program rules
Payout methods may include direct bank transfer, Stripe-supported systems, or other payment methods selected by Ensolanka from time to time.
Affiliates are responsible for any tax reporting or financial obligations that apply in their own country or jurisdiction.
12. Marketing Resources and Training Access
Approved affiliates may receive access to a wide range of promotional and educational resources, including:
- Training materials in English, Sinhala, and Tamil
- Marketing PDFs and overview documents
- Promotional presentations
- Video resources and lifestyle explainers
- Language-specific brochures in major global languages
- Guidance on referral strategy and income improvement
- Online affiliate training sessions
Marketing materials may be available in up to 11 or more major international languages, depending on the resource library maintained by Ensolanka.
Ensolanka may update, improve, remove, localize, or replace resources whenever necessary.
13. Business Card Generator, QR Downloads, and Customized Documents
13.1 Personalized Business Cards
Affiliates may generate personalized print-quality business cards for selected promotional tracking links available through the dashboard.
Cards may include:
- Affiliate name
- Phone or WhatsApp number
- Email address
- Title: Ensolanka Global Ambassador
- QR code for the selected landing page
- Affiliate tracking logic embedded in the QR destination
13.2 Direct QR Code Downloads
Affiliates may also directly download QR codes for available promotional landing pages and use them in approved print or digital marketing activities.
13.3 Customized Marketing Requests
Affiliates may request customized PDFs, presentations, or overview documents containing their own referral URL, QR code, and contact details.
Customized material requests are subject to Ensolanka’s review, operational capacity, brand standards, and resource availability.
14. Ethical Promotion and Prohibited Conduct
Every Ensolanka Global Ambassador is expected to promote Sri Lanka and Ensolanka with honesty, dignity, responsibility, and sincerity.
Affiliates must:
- Use accurate and responsible language
- Represent the program honestly
- Avoid unrealistic promises or pressure tactics
- Respect prospective guests’ privacy and decisions
- Follow approved messaging and truthful program information
Prohibited conduct includes:
- Spam messages, bulk unsolicited outreach, or irrelevant mass posting
- False promises about guaranteed income, visa approval, or relocation outcomes
- Misleading statements about Ensolanka’s services
- Unauthorized discounts or financial promises
- Fake referrals, manipulated signups, or artificial tracking activity
- Misuse of guest contact details
- Impersonating Ensolanka staff or legal representatives
15. Affiliate Relationship Disclosure
Affiliates should clearly disclose their commission-based relationship with Ensolanka wherever such disclosure is required by applicable law, platform rules, advertising standards, or the nature of the promotional content.
Examples of appropriate disclosures may include:
- “I may earn a commission if you proceed through my referral link.”
- “This is an affiliate referral connected to the Ensolanka Global Ambassador Program.”
- “I may receive a referral commission from qualifying guest payments.”
Disclosures should be clear, visible, understandable, and placed close to the relevant recommendation, link, post, video, or promotional statement.
16. Intellectual Property and Brand Use
All Ensolanka logos, brand assets, brochures, presentations, resource documents, training materials, videos, QR card designs, platform interfaces, and written content remain the intellectual property of Ensolanka LLC or its licensors.
Affiliates receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use approved promotional materials only for the purpose of participating in the affiliate program.
Affiliates must not:
- Modify brand assets in misleading ways
- Sell or redistribute Ensolanka resources as independent products
- Create unauthorized websites, domains, pages, or social accounts pretending to be Ensolanka
- Use the Ensolanka brand after account termination except where written permission exists
17. Training Sessions, Networking Events, and Recognition Programs
Ensolanka may organize activities for affiliates, including:
- Online training sessions focused on ethical promotion and income improvement
- Affiliate growth workshops
- Global networking opportunities
- Selected country-based affiliate events
- Annual or periodic felicitation and award ceremonies
Participation, invitations, awards, locations, dates, and eligibility criteria may differ by event and may be adjusted by Ensolanka.
18. No Guaranteed Income
The affiliate program provides a genuine commission opportunity, but Ensolanka does not guarantee any specific earning level, monthly income, commission volume, or number of referrals.
Affiliate earnings depend on factors such as:
- Referral quality
- Prospective guest interest
- Successful tracking attribution
- Guest signup completion
- Guest confirmation payment
- One-time service fee payment
- Package selection
- Refunds, reversals, or cancellations
- Affiliate communication skill and promotional consistency
19. Suspension or Termination
Ensolanka may suspend, restrict, or terminate an affiliate account where necessary, including where:
- These Terms are breached
- False information is provided
- Spam or unethical promotion occurs
- Guest privacy is violated
- Referral or commission manipulation is suspected
- The Ensolanka brand is harmed or misrepresented
Upon suspension or termination, Ensolanka may restrict dashboard access, disable tracking links, review pending commissions, and require the affiliate to stop using the title “Ensolanka Global Ambassador” in active promotional capacity.
20. Independent Relationship
Affiliates participate independently. Nothing in this program creates:
- Employment
- Agency
- Legal partnership
- Joint venture
- Franchise relationship
- Formal representative authority
Affiliates are responsible for their own promotional activities, taxes, communication expenses, printing costs, operational costs, and any local compliance obligations that apply to them.
21. Limitation of Liability and Program Modifications
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ensolanka shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or loss-of-profit damages arising from:
- Tracking interruptions beyond reasonable control
- Guest cancellation or non-payment
- Browser or device-related tracking limitations
- Changes in program rules or commission structures
- Technical outages, dashboard errors, or temporary interruptions
- Affiliate reliance on estimated future earnings
Ensolanka may update these Terms, commission rates, dashboard features, program resources, payout processes, or operational rules from time to time. Updated versions may be published on the website and take effect from the stated revision date.
