2. Ensolanka’s Role

Ensolanka provides a platform and service process intended to help Local Dating Partners connect with suitable international Guests in a more guided and privacy-conscious manner.

Ensolanka may assist with:

• Receiving and reviewing Local Dating Partner profiles.
• Displaying approved profiles to eligible Guests.
• Managing Guest interest and Local Partner interest within the system.
• Recognizing Mutual Interest between parties.
• Handling featured profile access and confirmation-stage eligibility.
• Allowing eligible contact-detail access when platform conditions are met.
• Coordinating or facilitating dating events where both parties agree and requirements are satisfied.

Ensolanka is not a party to any private romantic relationship, personal promise, emotional commitment, or decision made between a Guest and a Local Dating Partner.

3. No Guarantee of Matches, Dates, or Relationships

Ensolanka does not guarantee:

• That your profile will attract Guest interest.
• That any Guest will express interest in you.
• That your interest in a Guest will be returned.
• That Mutual Interest will occur.
• That a Mutual Interest will lead to contact access.
• That contact access will lead to ongoing communication.
• That any dating event will take place.
• That a meeting will lead to friendship, romance, partnership, engagement, or marriage.
• That any Guest will provide financial support, sponsorship, gifts, or assistance.
• That any relationship will continue or succeed.

4. Profile Information and User-Provided Content

Profiles on the platform are created using information supplied by users. Although Ensolanka may review profiles and take reasonable steps to reduce fake or unsuitable listings, Ensolanka cannot guarantee that every detail provided by every user is always complete, accurate, current, or entirely free from misrepresentation.

Local Dating Partners and Guests remain responsible for:

• The accuracy of their submitted information.
• The authenticity of their photos and descriptions.
• The truthfulness of their relationship intentions.
• Updating profile details when necessary.
• Communicating honestly and respectfully.

Ensolanka may suspend, hide, reject, or remove profiles that appear misleading, inappropriate, unsafe, or contrary to platform rules.

5. Guest Travel, Arrival, and Visit Status

Some platform features or dating arrangements may depend on whether a Guest has confirmed a visit to Sri Lanka or arrived in the country.

However, Ensolanka does not guarantee:

• That a Guest will complete planned travel.
• That a Guest will arrive on the expected date.
• That a Guest will remain in Sri Lanka for any particular period.
• That a Guest will maintain interest after arrival.
• That travel delays, cancellations, visa issues, or personal changes will not occur.

Any travel, immigration, visa, or arrival information is subject to the Guest’s personal circumstances and external factors outside Ensolanka’s control.

6. Contact Detail Access

Ensolanka may make contact details available only after the required process stage is reached, which may include Mutual Interest, Guest confirmation status, Local Dating Partner confirmation payment, and other platform approval conditions.

Once contact details such as WhatsApp numbers or email addresses are made visible, communication takes place directly between the individuals involved.

Ensolanka is not responsible for:

• The content, frequency, or tone of direct private messages exchanged after contact details are unlocked.
• Misunderstandings or disagreements arising from direct communication.
• Promises, commitments, or personal arrangements made privately between users.
• The misuse of contact details by a user who breaches platform rules.

7. Dating Event Facilitation

Where conditions are satisfied, Ensolanka may help coordinate or facilitate a dating event between a mutually interested Guest and Local Dating Partner.

Such facilitation may include communication support, basic arrangement guidance, timing coordination, and support involving a selected Dating Host where available.

Ensolanka does not guarantee that:

• A dating event will always be approved or arranged.
• A selected date or time will always be available.
• Both parties will ultimately attend.
• The event will lead to a positive emotional or relationship outcome.
• No personal discomfort, mismatch, disappointment, or disagreement will arise.

A dating event may be postponed, changed, declined, or cancelled due to safety concerns, availability, incomplete confirmation, travel changes, lack of mutual consent, or operational reasons.

8. Dating Hosts

The platform may allow a Guest, a Local Dating Partner, or both to select a Dating Host to help make an introductory dating arrangement more secure, comfortable, or guided.

A Dating Host may assist with practical coordination or hosting support, but the host does not guarantee:

• Compatibility between the parties.
• The emotional success of the meeting.
• A future relationship.
• That no conflict, discomfort, or misunderstanding will occur.

Host availability, role, presence, limits, and any applicable separate fees may depend on the specific arrangement and the information shown through the platform.

9. Fees, Paid Features, and Outcome Limitations

The dating app may include paid features such as:

• Optional Featured Profile upgrade.
• One-time Profile Confirmation Fee.
• Any future optional support, host, or arrangement-related fees clearly displayed before payment.

Paying for a feature or service stage does not guarantee:

• Interest from Guests.
• Mutual Interest.
• Access to a particular Guest.
• A dating event.
• A positive dating experience.
• A personal or romantic outcome.

Payment terms and refund handling are governed by the separate Refund & Payment Policy.

10. Personal Safety and User Responsibility

Ensolanka aims to create a safer, more structured connection pathway than unmoderated social media or random direct messaging. However, no online or in-person introduction process can eliminate all risks.

Users remain responsible for:

• Using good personal judgment.
• Communicating respectfully and cautiously.
• Not sharing sensitive personal information unnecessarily.
• Not sending money or valuables under pressure or manipulation.
• Informing Ensolanka of suspicious behaviour or safety concerns.
• Making their own decision about whether to proceed with any meeting or communication.

11. Third-Party Actions and External Factors

Ensolanka is not responsible for actions, omissions, promises, messages, or decisions made by:

• Guests
• Local Dating Partners
• Dating Hosts acting outside their authorized role
• Venues, transport providers, or independent service providers
• Payment gateways, banks, or communication platforms
• External travel, visa, or immigration authorities

Any third-party services used in connection with the platform may be subject to separate terms, policies, operational rules, or limitations.
