Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering as a Local Dating Partner or using the Ensolanka Dating platform.
Welcome to the Ensolanka Dating platform. This platform is designed to help genuine local Sri Lankan male and female dating partners connect with international guests who are planning to visit, stay, or explore meaningful relationships in Sri Lanka.
Ensolanka provides a safer, more guided, and more professional alternative to random social media dating, fake profiles, unsafe communication, and unverified introductions. The platform allows Local Dating Partners to create profile listings, receive interest from international guests, express interest in guests, and proceed through a structured mutual-interest process.
These Terms apply to all Local Dating Partners who register, create a profile, browse guest profiles, express interest, make payments, participate in dating arrangements, or use any service connected with the Ensolanka Dating platform.
“Ensolanka” means Ensolanka LLC, its platform team, administrators, representatives, coordinators, dating hosts, and authorized service partners involved in operating or supporting the dating platform.
“Local Dating Partner” means a Sri Lankan male or female user who registers through the dating app to create a dating profile and explore a possible relationship, companionship, or partnership with a foreign guest.
“Guest” or “International Guest” means a foreign individual connected with the Ensolanka Guest platform who may be planning to visit or stay in Sri Lanka and may be interested in meeting a local dating partner.
“Profile” means the listing created by a Local Dating Partner or Guest, including profile photos, personal details, introduction, preferences, relationship expectations, and other submitted information.
“Featured Profile” means an optional paid visibility upgrade that may increase the credibility, ranking, or visibility of a Local Dating Partner profile and may allow access to certain private Guest profiles, subject to platform rules.
“Mutual Interest” means both parties have expressed interest in each other through the platform. For example, a Guest expresses interest in a Local Dating Partner, and the Local Dating Partner also expresses interest in that Guest.
“Profile Confirmation Fee” means the one-time fee payable by a Local Dating Partner before eligible contact-detail access and Ensolanka-supported dating-event arrangements can proceed, subject to the conditions stated in these Terms.
“Dating Event” means a facilitated or coordinated meeting between a mutually interested Guest and Local Dating Partner, arranged or supported by Ensolanka when applicable.
“Dating Host” means a host, coordinator, or support person available through the platform who may assist with a safer and more comfortable dating-event arrangement.
To use the Ensolanka Dating platform as a Local Dating Partner, you must:
Ensolanka may refuse registration, request additional information, restrict profile visibility, suspend an account, or remove a user if there are concerns about safety, fraud, misuse, inappropriate conduct, or violation of these Terms.
Local Dating Partners can register and create a profile listing without paying a listing fee. Creating a basic dating profile is free.
After registration, your profile may be reviewed by Ensolanka before it becomes visible to Guests. Ensolanka may approve, reject, hide, edit, or request corrections to any profile that appears incomplete, misleading, inappropriate, unsafe, or unsuitable for the platform.
Submitting a profile does not guarantee approval, publication, visibility, ranking, or access to Guest profiles. Profile visibility depends on platform rules, approval status, account condition, safety review, and any access features selected by the user.
You are responsible for ensuring that your profile information, photos, preferences, and personal details are truthful and up to date. You must not impersonate another person, use stolen photos, or provide false information.
Local Dating Partners may choose to pay an optional Featured Profile fee of USD 5, or the amount displayed on the platform at the time of payment.
A Featured Profile may provide benefits such as:
Paying for a Featured Profile does not guarantee Guest interest, mutual interest, contact access, a dating event, a relationship, marriage, financial support, or any personal outcome.
Ensolanka may change how featured visibility, ranking, private profile access, or display priority works in order to improve fairness, safety, platform quality, and user experience.
International Guests may browse Local Dating Partner profiles and express interest in a profile. At this stage, the Guest does not automatically receive private contact details such as WhatsApp number or email address.
Local Dating Partners may view Guest profiles according to their access level and platform permissions. If a Local Dating Partner is interested in a Guest, they may express interest through the platform.
A Mutual Interest is created only when both the Guest and the Local Dating Partner express interest in each other. Mutual Interest is an important step, but it does not automatically guarantee a date, contact access, relationship, or arrangement.
If a mutually interested Guest confirms a visit to Sri Lanka, or arrives in Sri Lanka, Ensolanka may notify the Local Dating Partner, subject to platform rules, privacy requirements, safety review, and available information.
A Local Dating Partner who wants to proceed to confirmed dating-arrangement support must pay a one-time Profile Confirmation Fee of USD 50, or the amount shown on the platform at the time of payment.
The Profile Confirmation Fee is a one-time fee. It is not charged separately for every Guest or every dating event.
The Profile Confirmation Fee helps activate the Local Dating Partner’s confirmed status for eligible mutual-interest connections, contact-detail access, and Ensolanka-supported dating arrangements.
Once the Profile Confirmation Fee is paid, the Local Dating Partner may be eligible to explore multiple mutual-interest opportunities and request multiple dating-event arrangements without paying the same confirmation fee again. However, every dating event remains subject to mutual consent, Guest availability, arrival status, safety review, scheduling, host availability, and Ensolanka’s approval.
Paying the Profile Confirmation Fee does not guarantee that a Guest will meet you, continue communication, enter a relationship, marry, support you financially, or provide any personal result.
Ensolanka does not encourage random private chatting at the beginning of the process. Private contact details such as WhatsApp numbers and email addresses are protected until the required conditions are satisfied.
Contact details may be unlocked only when Ensolanka’s required conditions are met, which may include:
Once contact details are unlocked, both parties must use them respectfully and only for the purpose of the agreed connection. You must not share, publish, misuse, sell, or expose another person’s contact details without permission.
If there is Mutual Interest, the Guest has confirmed arrival or visit status, and the Local Dating Partner has paid the Profile Confirmation Fee, Ensolanka may help arrange a dating event if both parties agree.
No Guest or Local Dating Partner is forced to attend any dating event. All meetings must be voluntary, respectful, and based on the consent of both parties.
The Guest, the Local Dating Partner, or both may be able to select a Dating Host available through the platform. A Dating Host may help make the meeting more secure, comfortable, and professionally guided.
Dating Host support is subject to availability, location, schedule, event type, platform approval, and any additional conditions or fees shown before confirmation.
Ensolanka may refuse, postpone, cancel, or modify a dating-event arrangement if there are concerns about safety, conduct, incomplete confirmation, lack of consent, suspicious activity, scheduling problems, payment issues, or other operational reasons.
The current dating partner fees are:
Local Dating Partners may access the Payment Center from the dashboard to view payable items, payment status, confirmation fee, featured profile payment, and other relevant payment information.
Ensolanka may update fees, introduce new features, change payment amounts, or offer promotions. The applicable fee should be shown to the user before payment.
Refunds, failed payments, payment disputes, gateway charges, cancellations, and chargebacks may be governed by a separate Refund & Payment Policy. Until such policy is published, Ensolanka may review payment-related issues case by case.
Local Dating Partners must use the platform honestly, respectfully, and lawfully. You must not:
Ensolanka may suspend, restrict, remove, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the platform or its users.
Ensolanka provides a platform, profile listing system, interest-management process, and dating-event support where applicable. Ensolanka does not guarantee:
Any decision to communicate, meet, date, continue a relationship, or stop communication is the personal decision of the individuals involved.
By using the platform, you understand that Ensolanka may collect and process account details, profile information, profile photos, visibility settings, interest records, payment status, contact details, and related platform activity.
Ensolanka may display your approved profile to eligible Guests according to your visibility status, platform rules, and access permissions. Contact details are handled separately and are intended to remain protected until the required conditions for contact access are satisfied.
More detailed information about how personal data is collected, used, stored, shared, and protected will be explained in the Privacy Policy of the dating platform.
You remain responsible for the profile content, photos, and information you upload. By uploading profile materials, you give Ensolanka permission to store, display, and use those materials within the platform for profile listing, Guest viewing, interest matching, and dating-arrangement purposes.
You must not upload content that you do not own or do not have permission to use.
Ensolanka acts as a platform operator and facilitator. Ensolanka is not a marriage broker guaranteeing marriage, not a guarantor of compatibility, not an immigration advisor, not a legal advisor, and not responsible for personal decisions made by Guests or Local Dating Partners.
Although Ensolanka aims to create a safer and more guided process, users must still exercise personal judgment, caution, and responsibility when communicating or meeting another person.
Ensolanka may suspend, hide, restrict, or terminate a profile or account if:
Ensolanka may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect new features, legal requirements, payment changes, safety improvements, or business updates.
The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published may be treated as acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, unless Ensolanka adopts a different legal structure or jurisdictional arrangement for the platform.
Any dispute should first be addressed through good-faith communication with Ensolanka. If a formal legal process becomes necessary, the applicable court or dispute-resolution process will be determined according to the final legal and business structure of Ensolanka.
