The Local Dating Partner Portal is intended to help genuine Sri Lankan men and women connect with international Guests who may be planning to visit or stay in Sri Lanka. Because the platform involves profile listings, personal photos, interest records, contact-detail access, and optional dating-event coordination, we aim to handle information responsibly and transparently.

By registering, creating a profile, using the dashboard, expressing interest, completing payments, or using any dating-app service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Registration Information

When you register as a Local Dating Partner, we may collect information such as:

• Your name or display name
• Email address
• Username and account credentials
• Phone number or WhatsApp number, where provided
• Registration date and account status

2.2 Dating Profile Information

To create and display your Local Dating Partner profile, we may collect and store:

• Profile photo and additional dating profile photos
• Gender and other profile attributes selected by you
• City, district, or other general location information
• Short introduction, bio, preferences, and relationship expectations
• Visibility settings, public/private status, and featured status
• Profile approval, review, or moderation status

2.3 Guest Profile Interaction Information

When you use the platform to explore Guest profiles, we may store:

• Guest profiles you are permitted to view
• Interest expressions you send
• Interest expressions received from Guests
• Mutual Interest status
• Status history relating to a connection or arrangement process

2.4 Payment and Access Information

Where payments are available, we may record:

• Featured Profile payment status
• Profile Confirmation Fee payment status
• Payment dates, payment references, and transaction records
• Outstanding, pending, paid, cancelled, or failed payment statuses

Payment-card or gateway-sensitive financial details are generally processed through the relevant payment service provider rather than stored directly by Ensolanka, except for records necessary to confirm transaction status or provide support.

2.5 Dating Event and Host Coordination Information

If you participate in a guided dating arrangement, we may process information needed to:

• Confirm whether a Guest visit or arrival stage has been reached
• Coordinate a dating event requested by mutually interested parties
• Record whether a Dating Host is selected
• Manage scheduling, communication, and support related to the arranged meeting

2.6 Support and Communication Information

If you contact Ensolanka, we may collect and retain the message, email, inquiry, support request, complaint, or feedback you provide so that we can respond and maintain appropriate service records.

3. How We Use Information

Ensolanka may use your information to:

• Create, maintain, and manage your Local Dating Partner account.
• Review, approve, reject, moderate, or manage dating profiles.
• Display approved Local Dating Partner profiles to eligible international Guests.
• Enable Guests to express interest in Local Dating Partner profiles.
• Allow Local Dating Partners to view eligible Guest profiles and express interest.
• Identify and manage Mutual Interest cases.
• Manage Featured Profile access, private Guest-profile visibility, and payment-related permissions.
• Determine whether contact-detail access conditions have been satisfied.
• Support dating-event arrangements and optional Dating Host coordination where applicable.
• Send necessary account, payment, safety, interest, and arrangement-related communications.
• Protect the platform from fraud, abuse, scams, impersonation, or unsafe conduct.
• Improve platform quality, usability, security, and service administration.

4. Profile Visibility and Display

4.1 Visibility of Local Dating Partner Profiles

If your profile is approved and made visible, Ensolanka may display selected parts of your dating profile to eligible Guests within the Guest platform or relevant dating-profile areas.

4.2 Information That May Be Displayed

Visible profile information may include profile photos, display name, general location, profile introduction, preferences, and other listing information selected or provided for dating-profile purposes.

4.3 Information Not Intended for Immediate Public Disclosure

Personal contact details such as your email address, WhatsApp number, or other direct contact information are not intended to be shown openly at the first stage of browsing. Access to such details is handled separately under the contact-access process explained below.

4.4 Featured Profiles and Private Guest Profiles

Where the platform provides a Featured Profile feature, eligible Featured Local Dating Partners may receive improved visibility and may be permitted to view certain private Guest profiles, subject to platform permissions and ongoing access rules.

5. Interest and Mutual Interest Data

Ensolanka stores platform interaction records related to interest expressions and Mutual Interest so that the system can support the dating connection process responsibly.

These records may include:

• Which Guest expressed interest in which Local Dating Partner
• Which Local Dating Partner expressed interest in which Guest
• Whether Mutual Interest has been created
• Connection statuses such as interested, reviewing, contacted, matched, arranged, or closed, where applicable
• Internal notes or operational updates necessary for platform support

This information helps Ensolanka manage interest flows, determine when notifications may be sent, and support any later guided-arrangement process.

6. Contact Detail Protection and Unlocking

6.1 Contact Details Are Protected Initially

Ensolanka’s process is designed to avoid immediate random private contact. Email addresses, WhatsApp numbers, and other direct contact details are intended to remain protected during the earlier stages of profile browsing and initial interest.

6.2 When Contact Details May Be Shown

Contact details may be unlocked between a Guest and Local Dating Partner only when the required conditions are met, which may include:

• Mutual Interest exists.
• The Guest has confirmed the required visit or arrival stage.
• The Local Dating Partner has paid the applicable one-time Profile Confirmation Fee.
• Any required moderation, approval, or safety check has been completed.

6.3 Responsible Use of Contact Information

Once contact details are made available, both parties are expected to use them responsibly. Contact information must not be published, sold, copied for unrelated purposes, or shared with third parties without permission.

7. Payment Information

The dating app may include payable items such as:

• Optional Featured Profile fee
• One-time Profile Confirmation Fee
• Any future platform charges or service fees clearly displayed before payment

Ensolanka may store payment-related account records needed to confirm whether a feature, access right, or confirmation status has been activated. These records may include payment status, selected payment category, transaction reference, date, and related administrative information.

8. Dating Events and Dating Hosts

8.1 Dating Event Coordination

If a mutually interested Guest and Local Dating Partner proceed to an eligible dating arrangement, Ensolanka may process limited information necessary to coordinate the event, communicate timing, assess readiness, and provide support.

8.2 Dating Host Information

Where a Dating Host is selected by the Guest, the Local Dating Partner, or both, Ensolanka may share the minimum necessary arrangement details with the selected host so that the event can be coordinated securely and appropriately.

8.3 Minimum Necessary Sharing

Information shared for dating-event coordination should be limited to what is reasonably needed to facilitate the requested arrangement, support safety, and carry out the selected service.

9. Communications from Ensolanka

Ensolanka may contact you regarding:

• Account creation and dashboard access
• Profile review, approval, rejection, or moderation status
• Interest notifications and Mutual Interest updates
• Payment reminders, fee status, or transaction confirmations
• Guest visit or arrival notifications where relevant
• Dating-event or Dating Host coordination
• Policy changes, safety warnings, and important platform notices
• Responses to your support inquiries

Such communications may be delivered through email, dashboard notices, contact forms, messaging platforms, or other communication channels provided by you or supported by the platform.

10. When We May Share Information

Ensolanka may share information only where reasonably necessary for platform operation, user-requested services, safety, or legal compliance. This may include:

• Showing approved profile information to eligible Guests according to platform visibility rules.
• Revealing contact details between mutually interested parties only when the required access conditions are met.
• Sharing limited arrangement information with a selected Dating Host where necessary to support a requested dating event.
• Working with payment service providers to process payments and confirm payment status.
• Using technical service providers that help host, maintain, secure, or operate the platform.
• Responding to lawful requests, legal obligations, regulatory requirements, fraud investigations, or safety concerns.

Ensolanka does not intend to sell Local Dating Partner personal information as a business product.

11. Data Retention

Ensolanka may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Operate and maintain your account
• Display and manage your dating profile
• Handle Mutual Interest records and service history
• Maintain payment records
• Respond to disputes, complaints, or safety issues
• Meet accounting, legal, regulatory, or business recordkeeping needs

Where information is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected, Ensolanka may delete, anonymize, archive, or otherwise handle it according to its internal data-management practices and applicable requirements.

12. Security of Personal Information

Ensolanka aims to take reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, misuse, accidental loss, alteration, or inappropriate disclosure.

However, no online platform, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure in every circumstance. Users are also responsible for protecting their login credentials, choosing strong passwords, and notifying Ensolanka of suspicious account activity.

Depending on the platform features available and the applicable legal framework, you may be able to:

• Update certain profile details through your dashboard
• Change photos or profile visibility settings where allowed
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request review of account or profile issues
• Contact Ensolanka regarding data-related questions or concerns
• Request account-related assistance through official support channels

Some information may need to be retained where necessary for legal, payment, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or platform-security reasons.
