Property Listing Content and Images

Rental Owners may upload property-related text, images, pricing, location descriptions, and facility details. Depending on the visibility status of the listing, some of this information may be made visible to public visitors, registered guests, or eligible users within the portal.

Owners should avoid uploading unnecessary personal documents or private information inside listing descriptions or images. For example, owners should not intentionally include:

  • National identity card numbers;
  • Passport numbers;
  • Private banking details;
  • Unnecessary personal documents;
  • Sensitive third-party information visible in photos.
Owner responsibility: Please review images before uploading. If a photograph accidentally shows personal papers, household identification documents, vehicle numbers, or other unnecessary private details, remove or edit it before submission.

Guest Interest and Rental Coordination Data

When a Guest expresses interest in a property listing, selects a property for review, requests verification, or proceeds toward a rental arrangement, Ensolanka may process relevant coordination data to manage that workflow.

This may include:

  • The property or properties in which a Guest expressed interest;
  • The selected property for verification or follow-up;
  • Status notes such as interested, reviewing, contacted, negotiating, selected, or closed;
  • Verification and inspection notes;
  • Rental coordination communication between Ensolanka, the Guest, and the Owner;
  • Agreement-related or settlement-related records where a rental arrangement progresses.
We use this information to coordinate the rental process, not to expose Guest or Owner data unnecessarily. Where information must be shared to progress a legitimate rental arrangement, we aim to share only what is reasonably needed.

Payment and Banking Information

The Rental Owner portal may include payment center features for items such as featured owner profile fees and other applicable rental-owner financial transactions. It may also include banking detail submission for owner payout administration.

We may store:

  • Payment status and transaction references;
  • Amounts paid or due;
  • Payment item descriptions;
  • Payout-related banking information provided by the owner;
  • Internal finance and reconciliation records necessary for platform operations.
Where payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway, full card details or similar sensitive payment credentials are generally handled by that payment provider rather than intentionally stored by Ensolanka on the rental portal.
