Profile Visibility and Featured Profile Disclaimer

The optional Featured Profile service is intended to improve visibility within the platform. It may help a profile appear more prominently or receive stronger exposure in relevant listings.

However, paying a Featured Profile Fee does not guarantee:

  • That a Guest will view the profile,
  • That a Guest will express interest,
  • That Ensolanka will shortlist the profile for every role,
  • That an interview will occur,
  • That the Service Partner will be selected,
  • That any salary or appointment will result.
Visibility is not placement: Featured status is a promotional display feature only and should not be misunderstood as a recruitment guarantee.

Guest Interest, Interviews, and Selection

A Guest may express interest in one or more Service Partner profiles. Such expression of interest is not a confirmed job offer, not an appointment letter, and not a salary commitment.

The selection process may involve:

  • Profile review,
  • Guest requirement confirmation,
  • Interview scheduling,
  • Guest discussion with the Service Partner,
  • Ensolanka staff participation where appropriate,
  • Final terms discussion and appointment processing.

The Guest may prefer or select a Service Partner, but Ensolanka may still conduct administrative review, suitability checks, and final processing before any formal appointment.

Salary, Benefits, and Opportunity Estimates

Any salary ranges, opportunity examples, or service-role descriptions provided on the platform, in guides, or in promotional materials are general estimates intended to help users understand the potential nature of available roles.

Actual salary, allowances, working arrangements, and benefits may vary based on:

  • Experience and qualifications,
