These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Hired in Sri Lanka Local Service Partner Portal, where skilled individuals in Sri Lanka may create professional profiles and become visible for potential service opportunities with international guests.

A paid featured profile may improve visibility, but it never guarantees a job or selection.
Guests may express interest, but interviews, terms, and formal appointment steps follow later.
Ensolanka may coordinate appointment, payroll, payment tracking, and performance review processes.
Welcome to Hired in Sri Lanka, a service partner portal operated by Ensolanka to help connect skilled and reliable people in Sri Lanka with international guests who may require local support services during their stay.
This platform is designed for job seekers and service-minded individuals who are interested in working with foreign guests, digital nomads, retirees, business visitors, or long-stay international residents in Sri Lanka.
By registering on, accessing, or using this platform, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, as well as any associated Privacy Policy, Refund & Payment Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer, appointment letter, payroll notice, or other written policy or agreement issued by Ensolanka where applicable.
“Ensolanka” refers to the platform operator and/or its relevant administration, support, human resource, payroll, or management representatives involved in the Hired in Sri Lanka service partner process.
“Platform” means the Hired in Sri Lanka website, service partner dashboard, public profile pages, payment-related areas, messages, support tools, and related digital or administrative systems.
“Service Partner” means an individual in Sri Lanka who registers and creates a profile to become visible for potential service opportunities with international guests.
“Guest” means a foreign visitor, foreign resident, digital nomad, retiree, business visitor, or other international client who may express interest in a Service Partner.
“Featured Profile” means an optional paid profile visibility function designed to improve listing prominence without guaranteeing employment or selection.
“Appointment” means a formal placement, engagement, or job-related arrangement processed or facilitated by Ensolanka after Guest selection, agreement on terms, and any required HR procedures.
The Hired in Sri Lanka platform exists to provide a more professional, transparent, and guided path for local service providers who wish to support international guests.
To register as a Local Service Partner, you must:
Ensolanka may request identity information, references, certificates, prior experience details, license information, police clearance, photographs, or other supporting documents where relevant to a particular role or review process.
Basic registration as a Local Service Partner is currently free.
Service Partners may be asked to provide details such as name, service category, skills, experience, location, languages spoken, education, availability, work preferences, role-specific readiness, and profile images.
You are responsible for keeping your profile accurate and up to date. False, exaggerated, misleading, offensive, or inappropriate information may result in review, restriction, rejection, suspension, or removal.
Ensolanka may assign profile statuses such as pending, approved, rejected, inactive, restricted, or removed depending on the review outcome and ongoing platform suitability.
Knowledge of English or another international language is a valuable advantage, because the platform is designed around support opportunities involving foreign guests.
However, lack of strong English ability does not automatically prevent registration. Individuals who are sincere, reliable, and willing to improve may still create a profile.
Any training or learning support may be offered separately, subject to availability, scheduling, platform policy, or additional terms where relevant.
Service Partners may choose to pay an optional profile featuring fee, currently set at USD 5, in order to improve visibility within the platform.
Featured Profile payment does not guarantee:
Ensolanka may revise featured profile fees, benefits, duration, or visibility logic from time to time. Updated terms will apply as published or communicated.
International Guests may browse approved profiles and express interest in one or more Service Partners. Such interest is not a job offer or appointment confirmation.
After the Guest arrives in Sri Lanka, confirms service needs, or reaches a relevant platform stage, Ensolanka may notify interested or suitable Service Partners for interview consideration.
Interviews may be held online, by telephone, in person, or through another method determined by Ensolanka. Interviews may involve the Guest, the Service Partner, and one or more Ensolanka team members.
The Guest may indicate a preferred candidate after the interview. Ensolanka may still conduct suitability checks, administrative review, and formal appointment processing before confirming the role.
Where a Guest selects a Service Partner and the salary, benefits, role expectations, and other relevant terms are agreed, Ensolanka may process the appointment through its Human Resource department or authorized management team on behalf of the Guest.
Depending on the arrangement, Ensolanka may issue or coordinate documents such as:
Ensolanka may act as a facilitator, coordinator, manpower-management intermediary, HR handling body, payment coordinator, or other appropriate administrative party depending on the final arrangement and the written documents issued for the particular appointment.
Salary, allowances, working conditions, and benefits will be agreed before appointment, taking into account the role type, experience, qualifications, language ability, working hours, live-in requirements, guest needs, and other relevant factors.
Once an appointment is approved, agreed monthly salary and allowance amounts may be created as payable items in the Guest Payment Center. The Guest will be expected to settle those payables on or before the due date shown in the system or otherwise communicated by Ensolanka.
Unless otherwise stated in appointment documentation, salary is generally processed after completion of one month of service and subject to payment receipt, service validity, attendance, administrative review, and applicable payroll adjustments.
Any payment-processing charges, statutory deductions, government-related employment contributions, payroll adjustments, or legally required amounts will be treated according to the appointment structure, applicable law, and Ensolanka’s payroll handling process.
Unless a different period is stated in the appointment documentation, a Service Partner may be subject to a probationary period of up to six months.
Ensolanka may obtain regular comments, observations, and service feedback from the Guest regarding punctuality, reliability, communication, work quality, trustworthiness, and overall suitability.
Based on guest feedback, performance, conduct, service quality, and operational considerations, Ensolanka’s Human Resource Manager or authorized officer may decide whether to:

Ensolanka expects mutual respect between Guests and Service Partners. Service Partners should promptly report any serious concern, including:
Standard registration and profile creation are currently free unless otherwise stated.
Optional services such as featured profile visibility may carry published fees.
Refund eligibility, where applicable, will be governed by the platform’s separate Refund & Payment Policy.
Ensolanka does not guarantee:
Ensolanka may reject, suspend, hide, deactivate, restrict, or remove a Service Partner account or profile where appropriate, including where:
Immediate restriction may occur in cases involving fraud, serious misconduct, safety risk, or material breach of these Terms.
Ensolanka may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in platform services, fees, operational practices, appointment procedures, legal requirements, or business needs.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka unless otherwise stated in a specific appointment or service document.
